Dr. Tim Muir, Å·ÖÞ±ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Å·ÖÞ±ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø associate professor of biology, will conduct a Riverine Walk entitled "I'm freezing out here!"
Channel Chat Talk: River Landscape Mosaic
Å·ÖÞ±ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø's Dr. Reuben Heine, associate professor of geography, and Dr. Norm Moline, professor emeritus of geography, will lead a Channel Chat Talk, "River Landscape Mosaic."
Channel Chat Talk: Mexican and Latino/a American Histories of the Quad Cities
Dr. Araceli Masterson, Å·ÖÞ±ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Å·ÖÞ±ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø associate professor of Spanish, will give a Channel Cat talk, "Mexican and Latina/a American Histories of the Quad Cities."
Reception for Provost Candidate Dr. Gail Summer
An open reception will be held for Dr. Gail Summer, a candidate for the position of Å·ÖÞ±ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø provost and vice president for academic affairs.
Chemistry Club Social followed by Millipore Sigma career presenstation
Chemistry Club welcomes freshmen chemistry and biochemistry majors to meet for a social gathering with current club members from 6:30 to 7pm. Then, a CORE career seminar will be presented by Å·ÖÞ±ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø alumni who are currently working for Millipore Sigma.

Theatre Open House
Students interested in a major or minor in theatre are invited to an open house to meet faculty and learn about requirements. Major and minor declaration slips will be available.

Å·ÖÞ±ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø student groups are planning a number of hands-on activities for Green Week April 18-23. Their goal is to promote environmental issues and encourage campus to connect with nature.
