History Department Declaration Day
The History Department will be hosting a Declaration Day from 11:00-12:45 for all interested students. Food, prizes and T-shirts will be provided.
Museum Studies Presentation
Representatives from the Museum Studies Graduate Program at Western Illinois University-Quad Cities will be visiting Å·ÖÞ±ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø from 4-5pm to speak to students about the unique opportunities a graduate degree or certificate in Museum Studies can provide.
World Anthropology Day Celebration
Anthropology Club will be hosting a World Anthropology Day Celebration from 2:00-5:00. There will be games and activities throughout the day, as well as a showing of "The Anthropologist" at 3:00.
Everyone is welcome. Snacks will be provided.
Student Art Exhibition Opening
Å·ÖÞ±ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø students will hold an opening event for their spring exhibition at Cool Beanz.
Make the Magic
Å·ÖÞ±ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Å·ÖÞ±ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Camp Kesem will hold its annual Make the Magic fundraiser. The goal this year is to provide a free week-long summer camp to 120 children touched by a parent¡¯s cancer.
Donuts & Declarations
The Education Department will be holding "Donuts & Declarations" for students interested in becoming education majors. Students can meet the education faculty, ask questions, and get declarations signed. Donuts will be provided.
Finances 101: Responsible Borrowing
The Office of Multicultural Student Life will be holding a workshop on borrowing money responsibly and managing finances.
Relay for Life
The annual American Cancer Society Relay For Life event is held in communities across the globe to celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against the disease.
Viola Class Recital
The Viola Class Recital will be directed by Deborah Dakin, adjunct assistant professor of music.
