Monday Meditation
This is a half-hour introduction to different types of meditation. Each session lasts about 30 minutes with a little teaching and a lot of space to practice. Beginners are welcome.

The Multicultural Programming Board's Comedy Club presents L.A. comedian and writer Maggie Maye.
Maye made her late-night debut on Conan and was featured on "Last Call with Carson Daly."
