President Steve Bahls has pledged $1 million to maintain Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø's status as one of America's most beautiful college campuses. The three-year campaign, Blue, Gold and Beautiful, was announced Friday.

Lundblad' 66 to lead Ascension Day observance

Campus is invited to celebrate Ascension Day with worship and a sermon by the Rev. Barbara K. Lundblad '66. Ascension of Our Lord is one of the principal festivals of the Christian liturgical year for which Ascension Chapel at Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø gets its name. 

Bergendoff Hall renovation to match quality of programs

The successful opening of the Brunner Theatre Center allows the college to now focus its attention on Bergendoff Hall of Fine Arts.

'Hidden child' of the Holocaust to speak April 16

Marguerite Mishkin, a "hidden child" of the Holocaust, will speak at Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø at 7 p.m. April 16 in Wallenberg Hall inside the Denkmann Memorial Buidling.

Neil to perform last faculty recital April 10

Mary Neil, professor of piano and musicianship, will perform her final recital as a faculty member April 10. She plans to retire in May after a 32-year career with the college. 

Church historian visiting April 23-24

Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø alumna and church historian the Rev. Dr. Maria E. Erling '78 will visit campus April 23-24. She will offer a public talk, "Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø's Belief in the Power of Young Adults," at 4:30 p.m. April 23 at the Wilson Center.

Retiring Dean Campbell reflects on changes

Dr. Evelyn S. Campbell, vice president and dean of student life at Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø, has announced her retirement this summer from the leadership position she has held since 1991.
