In December 2018, Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø received a $50,000 grant from NetVUE (Network for Vocation in Undergraduate Education) to make vocational reflection more intentional in the academic curriculum and connect what¡¯s learned in the classroom to co-curricular activities.

Art exhibit shows Swedish modernism

The Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Teaching Museum of Art will open the  exhibition "V?rlden ?r Liten: the World is Small. Modern Swedish and Swedish American Works" with a reception Nov. 16.

PLEN-tiful opportunities thanks to '79 grad

Thanks to Shelby Olson ¡¯79, five students got the chance to be Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø's first attendees at a national three-day seminar, "Preparing Women to Lead." It was an eye-opener for all, and for one student, at least, a career-changer.

Passionate Augie orchestra conductor is going places

 If you see Daniel Chetel strolling the Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø campus, you¡¯d be forgiven for thinking he¡¯s a student. The boyish 34-year-old  embodies the artistic drive and passion of many of his students. And as conductor of the 75-member Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Symphony Orchestra, Chetel literally is going places.
