Fiscal Fitness Week: Tips for Controlling Health Care Costs

Chelsea Powers, client service consultant of Holmes Murphy, will present tips for controlling health care costs and making the most of your health care plan, an encore from last year.

From 8:30-9:30 a.m., James Jones, financial education coordinator at the Rock Island Economic Growth Corporation, will discuss the assistance available for eligible homebuyers when purchasing a home within the Rock Island city limits.

From 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Paula Ryan, strategic account executive with UMR, will talk about how to be a savvy consumer in her presentation titled "UMR Claim Pre-Determination Process ¨C Know Before You Go!"
