"In my current role, I have feet in two worlds: the work of a nonprofit that is reliant on fundraising and a professional services firm that leverages the talent and counsel of its sought-after consultants. I lead the work of our relatively young project management team members and collaborate with consultants with decades of experience, which makes for an interesting perspective on work and how to succeed in a range of organizations, from small nonprofits to large for-profit firms.
