It Begins With A!
A special event for admitted students on April 11, 2026
It Begins with A is a tradition at Å·ÖÞ±ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø. And it's a celebration!
It's a day for admitted students to meet others who have chosen Å·ÖÞ±ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø, and those still deciding.
Take a campus tour, have lunch in the dining hall and go to a variety of informational sessions.
You also may participate in another Augie tradition: If you know you will join the Å·ÖÞ±ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Class of 2030, you can celebrate by ringing the gong.
Student schedule
- 8:15-9:30 a.m.: Early Bird Tours (optional)
- 9:30-10 a.m.: Welcome address
- 10:15-11:15 a.m.: Future Viking Activities
- 11:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m.: Student life session
- 12:30-1:15 p.m.: Student lunch
- 1:30-2:15 p.m.: Current student panel
- 2:30 p.m.: Wrap-up and celebration
