February - March 2022-23

Student creates Course Plan for 2023-24* (fall/J/spring)

Student - ¡°Compose a Note¡± and ¡°Request Review¡± by Advisor

February - mid April 

Advisor provides feedback; student makes changes as needed.

April

Student prepares for registration for fall semester by selecting sections for planned courses.

¡ý

April

Student consults with Advisor(s) on classes for upcoming semester; advisor clears advisor restriction if appropriate.

Mid-April - May

Student registers for classes on assigned date.

¡ý

Student returns to April steps as registration approaches for J-term or spring.

*You may edit your Course Plan at any time based on availability of courses, changes to your major/minor, recommendations from your advisor, etc. Let your advisor know the reasons for your changes by composing a note in Arches and clicking on ¡°Request a Review.¡±
