LGBTQ+ basics session on Jan. 13
The Office of Student Inclusion and Diversity will offer an LGBTQ+ training session for faculty and staff on Monday, Jan. 13, from 1-2 p.m., in Olin 302.
During LGBTQ+ 101 training, we will cover topics such as:
- The acronym LGBTQIA+.
- Ally Spectrum.
- Gender, sex, and sexual orientation and the difference between.
- Relevant policies on campus.
We invite you to help build an Å·ÖÞ±ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø free of stigma and discrimination through knowledge and understanding.
This training session is open to staff and faculty only. Limited spots are available.
Please note that this training is a prerequisite for enrolling in the Safe Zone training, which will be offered in the spring semester.
