Yellow pea soup and Swedish pancake supper
The American Scandinavian Association presents a yellow pea soup (?rtsoppa) and Swedish pancake supper.
The menu includes yellow pea soup (including a vegetarian version), Swedish mustard, apple red cabbage salad, limpa and Swedish rye breads, cheese, cookies, Swedish pancakes with lingonberries, and decaf coffee.
After dinner, attendees will enjoy a concert by acclaimed Swedish folk musicians Jaerv and The OK Factor, from Minnesota. The concert, which is co-sponsored by the American Scandinavian Association at Å·ÖÞ±ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø, the Quad City Arts Visiting Artist Series and Å·ÖÞ±ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Å·ÖÞ±ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø, is free and open to the public.
