A Political Debate... With a Civil Discourse Twist

The Learning Commons, Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Democrats, and Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Republicans will continue the spirit of Symposium Day by offering a virtual session: "A Political Debate...With a Civil Discourse Twist. "

The potential topics explore the truths behind universal health care, social justice, climate change, the electoral college, gun control and crime prevention, and mail-in/absentee voting. Participants attending this session will get to vote on three topics of debate and our student panelists representing conservative, independent, and liberal viewpoints will debate these topics in a civil manner.
