Getting Unstuck: Engaging Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø

Student Counseling Services will offer the well-being workshops "Getting Unstuck: Engaging Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø" today and again Sept. 25 at the same time and place.

Other well-being workshops: "Anxiety Tool Kit - Psychological Well-Being," Sept. 19 and 26, from 2:45-3:45 p.m.; and 'Assertiveness - Social Well-Being" Sept. 20 and 27 from 11:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m.

All workshops are held in the Hellstedt Conference Room (Room 207) of Founders Hall.
