Demystifying Local Government

Benjamin McCready ¡¯06, assistant city administrator and director of administrative services for the city of Geneva, Ill., will talk local government, trends and policies.

He is responsible for oversight of Geneva¡¯s human resource, finance, and IT functions. He discovered his passion for local government while attending Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø and went on to earn a master of public administration from Northern Illinois University.

In addition to his work at Geneva, he¡¯s gained experience taking on diverse assignments while serving communities in Illinois, Indiana and Oregon.
