CCIW Women's Basketball Tournament

The Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø women's basketball team will host North Park in the first round of the Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin women's basketball tournament.

The winner will advance to the semifinals in Wheaton Friday. The conference tournament championship game is scheduled for 7 p.m. Saturday, also at Wheaton.

Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø is 14-11 overall and 8-8 in the CCIW. Fans can watch a live stream of tonight's game.

Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø closed out the 2018-19 regular season last  Saturday with a 61-55 win at Carthage. The victory ensured the program¡¯s third consecutive winning season for the first time since 2001-04. 

Tuesday¡¯s game will mark Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø¡¯s third appearance in the CCIW Tournament. The Vikings fell to Illinois Wesleyan in 2003 and to Wheaton in 2017 and will be seeking their first postseason win since a 54-52 victory over Washington University in the 1990 NCAA North Regional consolation game.
