Upper Mississippi River Conference

The 2018 conference theme, ¡°Our Watershed ¨C Working Together for Healthy Waters and Flood-resilient Communities¡± is aimed toward the goal of beginning a comprehensive watershed planning process for the basin to continue our efforts to Raise the Grade. The conference will include a workshop specifically designed to bring together interested stakeholders to form a flood resiliency alliance for the greater Quad Cities area and surrounding watersheds.
