Treatment Options for Tinnitus
The Å·ÖÞ±ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Center for Speech, Language, and Hearing will hold a tinnitus group session for anyone interested in learning about treatment options for tinnitus. Dr. Ann Perreau and Dr. Michael Sharp will will discuss tinnitus, what causes it, common reactions to it, and outline helpful treatment options.
The session will last from 60-90 minutes. Those who would like to attend should RSVP by emailing or calling Dori Garro, 309-794-7358.
Tinnitus is the perception of a sound when no external sound is present. People with tinnitus experience ringing or buzzing in their ears. There is no medicine to cure tinnitus, but there are many options to help manage it.
