DESCRIPTION:Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø will celebrate the inauguration of its ninth president\, Andrea Talentino\, on Oct. 14-15.\n\nAs part of the inauguration celebration\, academic sessions on a variety of topics will be presented.\n\nIn this session\, the political science department will partner with World Relief Quad Cities to introduce the work World Relief is doing in the area of refugee resettlement and discuss its contribution to both our local community and world peace and security in general\, a topic President Andrea Talentino cares about deeply as a political science professor and scholar.\n\nThe panel will feature two recent Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø grads who currently work for World Relief ¡ª Clare Stephenson ¡¯18 and Aly Twilbeck ¡¯22 ¡ª in addition to Rubens Gonzales\, a senior majoring in political science and currently an intern at World Relief\, and Dr. Xiaowen Zhang\, professor in the political science department.\n
