BEGIN:VCALENDAR VERSION:2.0 PRODID:-//hacksw/handcal//NONSGML v1.0//EN CALSCALE:GREGORIAN BEGIN:VEVENT DTEND:20221015T140000Z UID: 68057904b0296 DTSTAMP:20250420T174524Z LOCATION:Denkmann Memorial Building DESCRIPTION:Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø will celebrate the inauguration of its ninth president\, Andrea Talentino\, on Oct. 14-15.\n\nAs part of the inauguration celebration\, academic sessions on a variety of topics will be presented.\n\nThis session will feature how Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøÍ¶_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø faculty and students are engaged in new initiatives to renew and reimagine the college¡¯s historic ties to Sweden and the Nordic region. \;\n\nCentral to many of these efforts has been a recently concluded six-year grant from the Marianne and Marcus Wallenberg Foundation\, which allowed many faculty to travel to Scandinavia\, make professional contacts and plan study abroad courses.\n\nA new memorandum of understanding with Uppsala University also resulted from these efforts and opens the door to future collaborations across all disciplines.
