In particular\, to consider the implications for managing conflict and achieving justice through collaboration. \;\n\nDr. Lashley is an assistant professor of environmental studies at Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø.  \;Her research interests focus on the intersection of environmental justice and conflict management. She is particularly interested in enabling nonprofit organizations\, community groups and government agencies to create and implement more productive and equitable conflict management processes in environmental justice situations.\n\nDr. Lashley previously served as assistant professor of environmental studies and the director of the Center for Teaching and Learning at Centre Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø.\n\nNow entering its 13th year\, the Tea Talks lecture series at Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø features \;faculty speakers on a range of topics.
