DESCRIPTION:The Augie chapter of NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) will have a "Color your stress away" hour from 5-6 p.m.\n\nThere will be coloring books and pages\, fun music\, and awesome company.\n\nThe meeting will begin with a reflective journal activity.\n\nTo finish off\, there will be&nbsp\;meditation to prepare for week 10.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;\n\nÅ·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø NAMI is dedicated to improving the well-being and mental health of all Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø students. Weekly meetings offer a time to seek support\, a chance to connect with others\, participate in a relaxing/de-stressing activity\, and discover new ways to think about or manage mental health.\n&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;\n
