Apparently\, this fact made Gustave Mahler rather nervous\, and he delayed his own ninth as long as possible\, eventually completing it in 1911. He died shortly thereafter. \;\n URL;VALUE=URI:/about-us/events/2018/lecture-too-close-hereafter-mahler-and-curse-ninth SUMMARY:Lecture: "Too Close to the Hereafter: Mahler and the Curse of the Ninth" DTSTART:20190120T200000Z END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR
