DESCRIPTION:The Handel Oratorio Society's spring performance will include Bach's "Jesu\, meine Freude" by Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Choral Artists\, and Faur¨¦'s "Requiem Op. 48" by the Oratorio Society.\n\nThe Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Oratorio Society\, later renamed the Handel Oratorio Society\, was formed in 1880 by Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø theology Professor Olof Olsson. The ensemble is celebrated for exploring the riches of choral-orchestral literature.\n\nThe musicians of the Handel Oratorio Society include Quad Cities community members\, Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø students\, the Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Choir\, the Å·ÖÞ±­ÍøͶ_Å·ÖÞ±­ÍâΧapp-Ͷע¹ÙÍø Symphony Orchestra and invited soloists.\n
