It \;assists the city \;in maintaining the property\, its restoration\, marketing \;activities \;and scheduling docent-led tours.\n\nTom Bowman\, \;CEO of Community Health Care\, Inc.  \;Its mission is to provide communities in the Quad Cities area with excellence in patient-centered medical\, dental\, and behavioral health care that is compassionate\, affordable \;and accessible.\n\nApril Berthiaume\, director of Child Care Resource and Referral of Midwestern Illinois\, where she develops and manages budgets\, writes grants \;and manages a team of 17 staff members.
