In modern times the term has become associated with the concepts of social justice\, protection for the disadvantaged and freedom for all.\n\n \;"We seek to present our audiences with programs that comfort the soul and challenge the mind. Our combination of instruments is rather unusual\; in fact there are few pieces written for this ensemble.
